All Councillors attending the March camp are suppose to submit your Notice of Activity (NoA) Form to me latest by Monday (16/3) between 0900 to 1300. You can find me at the PE Room or Conference room.
I need your NoA form to determine the actual number of students attending the camp and indent your food. Pls also indicate in your NoA form if you require any special diet (eg. Vegetarian) and whether your parents will be attending the talent night on Saturday evening. I will also pass you the packing list in exchange of your NoA. For those of you who have read this post and know of your friends who are not aware of the submission, pls help to spread the instruction.
